NJ prom limo rentals cannot guarantee a booking, or the availability of vehicles takes a reservation within 12 hours in advance or for the same day as the day of their departure. We encourage customers to contact us by text or calling our number to inquire about availability. We will not be responsible for any harm incurred by the customers due to the inability of the NJ prom limo rentals to deliver any transportation service by the contract if a situation like this occurs when the customer’s losses are only limited to the amount of the ticket that we purchased.Furthermore, the NJ prom limo rentals are not responsible for the items left behind by the client or out of the vehicle. If you lose something inside your car, please contact us immediately to allow us to locate it for you. The client takes full responsibility for any damage inflicted to the vehicle by the vehicle or any member of their party, whether intentionally or not, throughout their trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are allowed. If you need to cancel, please call toll-free, text us your number, or contact us via email.
However, a cancellation charge will be charged to your credit card if the trip cannot be canceled within the allotted period. Clients must notify our customer service rep at least three hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid cancellation fees. If you plan to pick up from nearby areas, it is recommended to inform us at least six hours before the time of your scheduled pickup.

NO SHOW

We cannot be held responsible for any missed, canceled, or diverted passengers trains or flights and any other situation which causes your failure to comply with the required cancellation policy. The ride will be deemed a no-show if we don’t receive notice of delays or cancellations and cannot reach the contact person on the list within 15 minutes of the pick-up time. You must be at pick-up or notify us of any changes to your reservation. This could lead to being charged a fee for a show that is equal to the entire fare plus any other charges.

CARD POLICY FOR CREDIT

For credit cards, customers have to provide their credit card details in advance to be approved before the process. This is done to prevent fraud and not the actual payment for the travel. To guarantee the estimated journey cost, including tolls, parking fees, gratuities, and any additional time, the credit or debit card must be debited at a 150% initial fee. The balance amount will be released once the total fare is calculated for the service rendered by New Jersey Limo Service.

LUGGAGE POLICY

Luxury sedans and sedans from NJ prom limo rentals can accommodate up to 4 adults with three standard-sized baggage. Our SUV can accommodate six people and six standard-sized bags. When booking, the client agrees to the vehicle’s maximum passenger capacity and is responsible for ensuring it doesn’t exceed it.
